the building’s fabric and the compact air handler is ideally suited to loft installation.
It’s really flexible - an all-in-one system so you can dispense with radiators and underfloor heating for the winter period and in the summer enjoy
conditioned air. It can be based on renewable Air Source Heat Pump technology or it can complement your existing arrangements.
Using the aspiration principle, The Unico System delivers draft free, even temperatures with less than two degree differential room to room, floor
to ceiling. It removes up to 30% more humidity than conventional heating and air conditioning systems leading to significant energy cost savings.
The Unico air handler offers a variety of options and can be used for ventilation only. As well as standard air filtration, UV and other high
performance filters can be integrated to combat odours and germs, facilitate airborne bacteria removal, air disinfection and prevention of mould
growth through dehumidification.
You will hardly notice the discreet yet attractive room outlets, designed to match any décor. You’ll be able to dispense with radiators too, giving
you more interior design freedom. Sound deadening insulation for the air handler and flexible supply tubing brings decibel levels to a soft whisper.
